Differences in Advanced Mathematics Achievement Across Assessment Years
Changes in average mathematics achievement are presented for the countries that have comparable data from the previous TIMSS Advanced assessments in 1995 and 2008, including all the countries except Portugal, which participated for the first time in 2015. Six of the countries have 20 year trend results from 1995 to 2015 (Norway and Lebanon did not participate in 1995). Also, six countries have trend results between 2008 and 2015 (France and the United States did not participate in 2008).
