Use and Impact of PIRLS
PIRLS 2016 marks the second time Portugal has participated in the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (Portugal participated in 2011). Primary school students’ reading literacy improvement requirements have not been explicitly tied to previous PIRLS results.
