Use and Impact of PIRLS
Moscow took part in PIRLS as a separate region for the first time in 2016. The analysis of the PIRLS 2016 results will allow Moscow to conduct quantitative and qualitative assessment of Moscow school children’s reading literacy, and to develop similar assessment tools at the regional level.
